I don’t do this regularly, but I thought I’d point you over to my “other” blog WorkoutBrothers.com for a friday filled with my progress report. As far as weight loss I’m doing so-so, but I’m very pleased with the change of my body shape.

Ever have one of those nights where you can’t go to sleep because your mind is just teeming with thoughts?

Last night, it seems, was one of those for me. Typically, I’m not a “head hit the pillow start snoring” kind of a guy, so I’m used to my thoughts tucking me in at night, but every now and then I’ll have one of those nights where I wish I could just turn off my brain…solely for the purpose of sleep.

So I was thinking about a lot of things. Mainly, playing out certain events that will never happen in a million years. A fruitless pursuit, but I couldn’t get away from it. So, I got more and more frustrated, and more and more tired in the process.
