Over at WorkoutBrothers.com, my brother, Jon, and I have been encouraging people to set monthly HEALTH & FITNESS goals (instead of huge new year’s goals). It’s about time to set a February goal!
My January #One30
I’ve made it 28 days through the month of January ONLY DRINKING WATER! I’m SOOOO ready for a coke! But I feel so great after not drinking any processed drinks, any caffeine, and sugary drinks, etc. It’s really a habit that I’ve created. From here on out I’m sticking to water only for 6 days (Monday – Saturday) and then MAYBE having a sweet tea or a soft drink for lunch and dinner on Sundays.
My February #One30
My goal for February (we call them #One30) is to eat ONE FRUIT per day for the entire month!
