@David: Thanks for the comment! Back in my college days I did all my noodling in Cakewalk on an Kurzweill K2500 (on a mac setup). The “lab” we had to work in was awesome!

I am yet to use Garageband altho Dave has inspired me to. It just does not seem to be the pressing need in my life at the moment. (sigh) It is great to hear others creations. Thanks for sharing.

Yay for electronic noodling – you know I love

And depending what you’re doing, sometimes being able to make GarageBand do what you want it to is more clever than tweaking loads of stand alone synths

@Toby: thanks a ton. GB is all I’ve got right now, so I try to make the best of it. One day I’ll be as blessed as some of the other guys around here that have pro tools rigs or studios in their houses etc.
