If you’ve been around the worship leader blog block lately you might have come across the “re-emergence” of a terrible rendition of the Christmas song, “O Holy Night”…

(Do a google search on “bad O Holy Night”)

which was attributed to Fred McKinnon, one of my friends who is a worship director in Saint Simon’s Island, GA. Today, in a series of clips of a phone interview Fred reveals the true “singer” behind the now infamous rendition.

hey – correction, the radio station wasn’t running in 1994 – it was last Christmas, December 2006!
